For maximum quality, KOOLJET Refrigeration Systems are built with all-welded" "aluminized steel" tube frames. This ensures the system is rust resistant for longer operating life.

In this framework for a KOOLJET "DOWN AIRFLOW Design," you can further see portions of the "satin-coated" sheet metal that is utilized. Once again, this product was chosen for its rust resistance. The "box" created by the sheet metal is filled with insulation to "separate" the cold-room air from the warmer outside air.

This is a partially assembled "CENTRAL AIRFLOW Design" system, with the cooling and compressor coils installed. KOOLJET finishes the system first with a quality primer and then with a durable 2-part epoxy finish, keeping your KOOLJET System looking better, longer.

Here we see the evaporator coil setup of a KJ5000. These coils are specially coated to prevent corrosion for longer life and operating efficiency of your KOOLJET Systems.

Factory Tested
KOOLJET Refrigeration Systems are constructed to the highest quality standards. Pressure tests are performed on the condenser, evaporator and piping systems. Operational tests are completed at the factory on every unit, to ensure optimum performance.

Completely Pre-Wired click to magnify
Completely Pre-Wired
KOOLJET Refrigeration Systems are completely pre-wired and charged with refrigerant. The self-contained electrical disconnect saves the cost of a separate weather-proof disconnect. The final electrical hook-up is all that is necessary at the installation site. Refrigeration technicians are not required for installation, which is a cost savings for you.
